About Miss Aggie

 

Miss Aggie started playing piano when she was 5. She completed her music education at The Academy of Music in Lodz, Poland with a Master of Arts Degree in Composition and Theory of Music, majoring in Eurhythmics. During her music career she participated in many workshops around Europe including: Sweden, Poland, Germany, France, Russia and England. She gained much knowledge across teaching: Piano, the Dalcroze Method, Music Theory, Piano Improvisation and Dance. She also took part in many multi-media performances enabling her to expand and advance her abilities as a director and performer. As a versatile individual Miss Aggie has had the opportunity to embrace multiple professional positions including: Music and Performing Arts Teacher, Piano Tutor, Accompanist and Eurhythmics Tutor. Her previous experience as a director and performer has helped her successfully manage two performing arts projects for children taking place in the Unicorn Theatre in London. In 2009 she worked with the English Pocket Opera preparing students for the children’s opera "Cinderella". The following year she was employed to direct a children’s version of "A Midsummer Night’s Dream" as part of a project with other performing arts teachers. During this creative process Aggie was responsible for script adaptation, music composition, choreography and for planning and conducting rehearsals. The production was widely considered a resounding success and Miss Aggie was proud to have contributed so much to a memorable show. Alongside teaching Piano and Eurythmics, while running La Musique, Aggie is an inspiring Music and Performing Arts Teacher at a Primary School in West London.
